1. Membership
1.1 Any person 18 years of age or older may be eligible for membership.
1.2 Membership is open to all genders, races, sexual orientations and languages.
1.3 Members must comply with Club rules and promote the interests and objects of the Club.
1.4 Membership may not be transferred to another person.
2. Application procedure
2.1 Applications must be made at the Club or through its registration system and submitted to the committee.
2.2 While pending, an applicant is a prospect with limited Club benefits and no voting rights.
2.3–2.3.3 Approval or rejection is at the committee’s sole discretion. The secretary will notify the applicant; approved applicants will be asked to pay the subscription fee. The committee is not obliged to provide reasons for declining an application.
2.4 After payment, the applicant is entered in the member register and becomes a Club member.
3. Membership fees
3.1 Membership is paid for six or twelve months and must be renewed by its expiry date. Otherwise, membership is temporarily suspended until fully paid. Current fees appear in the applicable schedule.
3.2 The selected six- or twelve-month fee is payable when applying to join.
4. Resignation, suspension and expulsion
4.1 A member may resign by notifying the secretary in writing; resignation takes effect immediately.
4.2 The committee may suspend for up to twelve months, or permanently expel, a member who breaches Club rules or whose conduct harms the Club’s good name or makes the person unfit for membership.
4.3 A member will receive written notice and seven days to remedy a remediable breach before suspension or expulsion.
4.4–4.4.3 Notice does not prejudice other claims. Suspended members have no clubhouse, event or meeting access. Fees are non-refundable following resignation, suspension or expulsion. Expulsion is permanent.
5. Culture of sharing
5.1 The Club encourages sharing knowledge about cannabis regulation, experiences, responsible use, medicinal applications and cultivation methods.
5.2–5.2.3 Members may share cultivated harvests without remuneration. No member may share or receive more than 90 grams per harvest, and sharing is strictly for personal use.
5.3–5.3.6 Sharing with bona fide, paid-up members may involve no compensation, reward, favour, benefit, gift, advantage or profit.
5.4–5.5.2 A receiving member may reimburse only precise, proven expenditure for cultivation, contract management, storage, curing and sharing-station services attributable to the shared portion.
5.5–5.6 A sharing member may not discriminate among bona fide paid-up members. All members must pay the precise applicable expenditure; no waiver is permitted.
Agreement facilitation
If accepted, Highest Point may use the member’s submitted details to facilitate agreements between the member, the Club, and cultivating and processing members as described above.
